This is what he should have done, men of the jury, if
there were any truth in what he says; he should have gone by himself to
Androcleides, and made this protest, and gone also with many witnesses, in order
that he might have many persons who were aware of the fact.But to prove that he never took any of these steps, the clerk
shall read you the deposition of Androcleides himself with whom the articles of
