And I am not afraid of any of these things seeming to have been done in consequence
of my arrival, much less in consequence of my instigation. All those things were
done, not only before I arrived in Sicily,
but before he reached Italy. While I was in
Sicily, no statue was thrown down. Hear
now what was done after I departed from thence.
