Note further, that even if a man be childless, he has not the right
to dispose of his property by will, unless he be of sound mind; but if he be
impaired by disease or the effect of drugs, or be under the influence of a
woman, or be the victim of old age or madness, or be under constraint, the laws
ordain that he be incompetent. Now consider whether the will, which these men
say my father made, seems to you to be the will of a man of sound mind.
