As I cite these
decrees, Aeschines, you must cite some decree by proposing which I became
responsible for the war. But you cannot cite one; if you could, there is no
document which you would have produced more readily just now. Why, even Philip's
letter casts no blame upon me in respect of the war: he imputes it to other men.
