Brill's New Pauly: "Apollodorus, of Athens, Born c.180 BC in Athens,
where he was a pupil of the Stoic Diogenes of Babylon. ....under the title Βιβλιοθήκη
(Bibliothekē) a handbook in mythology has been preserved. Although attributed to A. it is
