Condition:

The surface of the vase is mottled, with much red showing on Side B and around the handles.

Decoration Description:

Side A: naked youth carrying an amphora. The youth advances to the right, carrying a large storage amphora in his outstretched hands. The amphora is decorated with a garland of ivy leaves.

Side B: naked woman holding a ladle and skyphos. The woman is standing with her lower body facing right, her upper body twisted to frontal view and her head in profile to the left. Her right arm is behind her, the ladle held in her hand. She raises the skyphos to the right in her left hand. She wears a pendant necklace around her neck.

The vase was given to the University Museum by Henry C. Lea.
