Decoration Description:

A quadriga half-turned to the left carries a warrior with high-crested helmet and shield. The shield has a device three white pellets. The quadriga is shown in three-quarter view as it turns. The warrior is pursuing another who retreats to the left, looking back. He is fully armed with a chlamys over his shoulders and a shield. His shield device is a bull's head. In the field there are imitation inscriptions.

The design is in black on a drab ground with added red. Above the design there are palmettes. On either side of the vase are ears.
